I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s emotional challenges. I offer telehealth therapy, providing a flexible, secure, and comfortable space for you to do meaningful work—wherever you are. Together, we focus on building emotional regulation skills, strengthening resilience, and creating practical strategies that support lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally dysregulated, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward.
