I am a seasoned Therapist with years providing group and individual treatment. Throughout my career, I have worked in both the public and private sectors. Prior to practicing, I received my graduate degree from Howard University. I offer a non-judgmental approach and strive to help you achieve self-discovery & improvement. I focus on the individual by incorporating the biological, social, & environmental aspects of life, explaining how these areas relate to your current life. Working together, we develop a plan to address it. Our first session will consist of getting to know you from childhood to the present day. I believe the past can shape who we are currently. This can help create a foundation of who you are and how we got here. We will then discuss follow-up sessions, including a treatment plan.
