Hello, my name is Jizette. I'm here to help you work through any issues you may have. I have been counseling for over 20 years. I realized as a teenager that I wanted to be a therapist, this was over 30 years ago when therapy was not popular like it is now, but I knew I wanted to help people in this way. I love helping others work through their issues and improve their quality of life. My approach to therapy is utilizing evidence-based therapy to help you work through your issues and learn evidence-based coping techniques.
