As a therapist at SEC, I believe you are the master of your own life and that therapy is a joint process that we can navigate together. Our mission is to provide more accessible services to underserved clients, particularly in the LGBTQIA+ community, folks with neurodivergence, racial and ethnic minorities, and for other underserved populations who lack access to in-person services. I also understand the value and support that comes from online communities including gaming communities and Geek hobby communities. The foundation of my therapeutic style is Person Led: You are the expert of your own life. I serve as your co-pilot to help you navigate whatever journey you are on and wherever you want your final destination to be. My modalities include but are not limited to: CBT, Brief Solution focused therapy, Mindfulness, Motivation interviewing, trauma informed.
