Welcome to a new beginning! Taking the first step toward healing is powerful and I’m honored to walk beside you on this journey. I help young adults and couples heal from relational trauma—infidelity, abandonment, narcissistic abuse, codependency, bullying, divorce, and more. Many come to me feeling stuck in painful patterns that leave them feeling insecure or unworthy of love. Together, we unpack the roots of these wounds and rebuild confidence, self-worth, and the ability to form secure, healthy connections. If past hurt is holding you back from love, you’re not alone and healing is possible. Additionally I work with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, major life transitions, and more. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, helping clients understand how early experiences shape their current relationships. I also integrate Experiential Therapy, CBT, and Faith-Based Counseling (upon request) to support the mind, body, and spirit.
