My goal is to create a safe space for folks to access their humanity. This includes vulnerability, self-awareness, and emotional awareness. We know that there is strength and power in being able to access these innately human parts of ourselves, but it is often much easier said than done. It’s not easy to do that work alone. I hope to join and support you on that journey to finding that strength and power.
