As your counselor, I focus on your counseling goals and concerns. I provide tools to help gain self-understanding, change behavior, conflict resolution, restore hope, and gain spiritual empowerment. Couples are encouraged to choose the Couples Intensive, a 6 week marriage restoration and healing course. We work to understand "Daddy Issues" and other co-dependencies, as well as grief and loss, past pain, unforgiveness and the pain of rejection. Owning our story and giving ourselves compassion for the rest of our journey is the bravest thing that we will ever do.
