As a Licensed Professional Counselor I provide a safe place to help you find your own solutions, exploring your strengths, beliefs, skills and experiences. I am also a Registered Play Therapist and Board Certified Art Therapist, we talk and sometimes use art in helping you express your feelings, memories and heal. Play and art are very helpful with children since play is the natural language of the child. I work with all ages in groups, families or individuals. Insurance and Crime Victims Reparations are accepted. Some issues might be, anxiety, adjustment disorder, Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder, grief, anger and stress.
