The past is in the present and the body remembers. With you guiding the sessions, I help you identify your earliest coping mechanisms so you can gain insight into why you have difficulties in the present. We can engage in "talk therapy" or I can use my skills and training in EMDR therapy to help you heal past trauma and to prepare for a brighter future! I have added two more therapist to the business. We have an Autism Support Group and a Soldier Support Group. If we can't help you, we will find someone who can. I am trained in many different types of therapy protocol. The one that seems to be the most effective is EMDR. You can look up video (on YouTube) from actual sessions and learn from others who have gotten good results from this technique. Therapy is a process and EMDR takes you through the process.
