Starting therapy shouldn’t feel scary, mysterious, or intimidating. You deserve to know what you can expect from our work together. We’ll begin with a conversation to help me learn about what brought you here. Maybe it was one big loss, change, or transition. Maybe it was the accumulation of smaller stressors. Maybe someone else told you this was the next step you needed to take. Maybe you’re not quite sure why you’re here – and that’s okay, too! I work with adults of all ages and particularly enjoy working with new and expectant parents and those adjusting to experiencing a life-altering illness or injury.
