My ideal clients are introspective and curious adults who feel capable but tired of carrying so much alone. They may be navigating anxiety, adult ADHD, career or leadership pressures, relationship strain, grief, or a season of transition. Often they look steady on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or quietly lost within. Many have spent years showing up for others while setting their own needs aside. I offer a grounded, thoughtful space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters.
