I believe that human suffering is an inherent part of life. I am committed to helping people overcome life challenges and achieve greater life satisfaction. Using Evidenced-Based Modalities, I help clients build upon their personal strengths, gain insight into negative patterns of behavior, increase self knowledge and take action to decrease suffering. I provide a warm, supportive environment for individual adults, adolescents, and couples.
