My experience has focused on anxiety, depression, and psychosis. This looks like working through relationship issues, having trouble getting up in the mornings, struggling with focus, and worrying yourself into task paralysis. I also focus on working with psychosis and those who have recently been released from a hospital or generally need support with their diagnosis. I enjoy helping people figure out what it means for them and how to live their best life.
