My ideal client is someone who has spent much of their life caring for others, meeting expectations, and holding things together — yet quietly feels unseen or disconnected from their own needs. They may come from families or cultures where emotions were unspoken, where survival or achievement mattered more than self-expression. Their struggles often show up as relational tension, exhaustion, or a sense of “losing themselves.” They need space to understand patterns that repeat — why they choose certain roles, why they silence themselves, or why connection sometimes feels unsafe. I help individuals, Couples and families explore the stories that shape them—the patterns that influence how they love, trust, and connect. My work focuses on intergenerational trauma, cultural identity, and relational disconnection, supporting those navigating the in-between spaces of culture, expectation, and Self.
