I help couples and individuals heal, grieve, grow, develop a healthy sense of self and experience their power cooperatively (rather than competitively). When you experience relational conflicts, grief, trauma, or infidelity, I listen with compassion to develop a therapeutic program to help you heal and grow to your greatest potential as an individual (and a couple). By helping you overcome grief, conflicts, trauma, and anxiety, you can successfully achieve some of your deepest desires and feel fulfilled. Healing and happiness often come after identifying, accepting, and learning how to realize those desires and needs. My work with individuals and couples is based on healing the common developmental and attachment issues you experience and teaching you skills to work through the challenges of life and relationships. I am an advanced integrative therapist with extensive experience who delights in empowering my clients achieve success, joy, intimacy, and fulfillment.
