I am an NYU-trained therapist and have extensive experience working in a range of clinical settings, helping people achieve desirable results . I have advanced training in anxiety disorders, depression, substance misuse, LGBTQ+ and immigration issues. I base my therapy practice on the fact that best outcomes are achieved when the client and therapist collaborate in building a personalized plan of action.
