I enjoy helping people face obstacles in their lives and look at opportunities. I focus on assisting clients to develop their own individual action plan. Together we focus on solutions to reaching their goals. I believe it is important to meet your client where they are, and work from there. Everyone moves at their own pace, but people only change as they feel safe. It is very difficult to let go of old problematic behaviors until you have developed new constructive alternative behaviors. Developing your individual toolbox of coping strategies is a challenge all people face. We all have our own issues, they're just different.
