Throughout my forty years of professional life I have worked with people who are coping with the complete range of mental health issues and diagnoses, as well as the problems of everyday life. With each individual I strive to create a supportive atmosphere in which we can work together, developing a trusting relationship that will allow us to address your concerns, your goals, your needs. I know how difficult it can be to talk about one's self, to express thoughts and feelings, but in such a non-judgmental therapeutic setting this becomes easier and leads to resolving issues great and small that even at times seem unsolvable.
