I am dedicated to creating a non-judgmental and collaborative environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, to understand patterns that may no longer be serving a useful purpose, and to find the skills and tools to lead happier and more fulfilling lives. I have over 25 years experience as a clinician working with adolescents, adults, and families. My professional experiences include helping clients overcome a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and relationship issues. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and am dedicated to creating a non-judgmental and collaborative environment for my clients, building on the strengths of each person and their support system. I incorporate a range of modalities in my work including attachment theory, mind-body awareness, and cognitive reframing.
