Life is a challenging journey. Most of us cannot do it alone. If, through no fault of your own, you find yourself stumbling, I can help you. I offer you a safe place to be heard and understood, and most of all, to learn about yourself. When you understand your thoughts, emotions and behavior, you build the confidence to face life's challenges successfully. I work with emerging adults (18-25 year) and middle and late adulthood (26-65 years). I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral problems and emotional turmoil and relationship patterns.
