I am the Zen teacher (Roshi) of the Heart Circle Zen (www.heartcirclezen.org) My Buddhist practice informs my practice of psychotherapy. I offer meditation and mindfulness as tools to wholeness. I am an expert on relationships and help singles, couples and families find their way to healthy relationship. I specialize in couples therapy (Certified Imago Therapist), trauma work (certified IFS and EMDR clinician), and help individuals suffering from anxiety and depression.
