I have a passion to help you be who you were created to be! If you are struggling and have tried to manage issues on your own with no lasting results often times leaving you feeling tired, sad & defeated, I want to help you stop the painful cycle & gain tools to thrive! It's important for me to help clients work through painful events while feeling heard, supported & not judged. As a life long learner & researcher I want to educate and equip. I have an MSW from Indiana University, certified Brain Health Professional through Amen University, and trained in EMDR, CBT, Immanuel Approach and other evidence based treatments.
