My approach is to provide you an opportunity to discuss your concerns, and to think about how to better adapt to life challenges. I work from a family system model, which helps me to think broadly and be emotionally objective about relationship processes that contribute to symptoms. I offer individual, couple, and family counseling for adults. I am experienced working with a variety of issues including marital concerns, addictions, and emotional distress.
