I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I provide generalist therapeutic services over the lifespan. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, adjustment, parenting support, PTSD and trauma. My approach is a person-centered philosophy with strength-based trauma-informed and using a collaborative approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, coping skills, and psychotherapy. I consider trust and safety to be the most important and effective tools I provide during the therapeutic process.
