Therapy is a collaborative practice. My goal is to help clients overcome obstacles in order to find peace and contentment. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals age 5 and older, couples and families. My specialties include trauma, grief, parenting, ADD, women in transition, couples and mood/anxiety disorders. Using a strength based, collaborative approach, I utilize various treatment modalities to assist clients in their journey towards empowerment and growth. Each client is unique and adapting techniques to fit the individual is considered vital to the success of therapy. Therapy is individualized to fit your needs and goals.
