When Human beings Experience trauma or severe stressors, it’s not uncommon for their lives to unravel. With great passion to help bring healing to people who have been through traumatic/stressful experiences, attention deficit, obsessive thinking, anxiety, and/or depression. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR trained, I specializing in individual and family therapy with over 8 years of experience, I work to help clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe.
