I am in the business of helping people change. My ideal client is motivated to change their life for the better. I assume that you would prefer to live your life with joy and satisfaction as quickly as possible. Therefore, we will work together to reach that end. Depending on the client, I utilize a number of approaches including cognitive therapy, interpersonal therapy, education and behavioral approaches. As a generalist, I can keep fresh and maintain a passion about my work.
