My approach is relationship based and experiential, and encourages you to take responsibility for the focus of each session. I help you illuminate current patterns of behavior, create opportunities to step out of your comfort zone, and increase self-awareness in order for you to make the choices you want for your life. I also help people deepen trust and connection in their personal relationships. My personal philosophy is rooted in Gestalt, Family Systems, Emotional Development, and Transpersonal theories. I also offer Equine-assisted psychotherapy. Working with horses can take us deeper into healing, awareness, and growth. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with depression, bipolar, conflict, abuse, trauma, grief & bereavment, addictive behaviors, eating issues, and relationship issues. I also have over 10 years of corporate experience, and can explore the underlying issues of work performance or job dissatisfaction isues.
