I am a licensed psychologist and certified marriage and family therapist with 32 years of clinical experience. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, identity development and trauma. All of my training and clinical work is grounded in evidenced-based research. I primarily work with adolescents and adults providing individual, family and couples psychotherapy. My treatment orientation utilizes a combination of family systems, psychodynamic, and mindfulness approaches to best fit the needs of my patients.
