Welcome! Joan has worked in many areas of the behavioral health field giving her the unique ability to work and connect with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, backgrounds and life experiences. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, grief, family conflict, and LGBTQ+ concerns, including gender-affirming care. As Clinical Director at New Hope Rising, Joan provides trauma-informed supervision and is passionate about supporting fellow clinicians. She creates a warm, collaborative therapeutic space where participants feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful growth.
