English | español Child and Family Therapy has been my passion for nearly 20 years. Many families I have worked with just wanted their child to feel better and happier. Families felt they had tried everything and did not know what else to do. There is never one specific problem or one specific solution. Families are as multi-faceted as we are as individuals and can be affected by many factors. Commitment to and consistency in treatment is the key but what do we do when life keeps getting in the way? Seeking help and guidance can be challenging but is always the best first step. I would be honored to help guide you through the next steps. Building trust is of upmost importance to me and no matter how small or huge the problem or how hard it will be to face the issue, I will make you smile or laugh at least one time, even through the tears. I can help guide you through your trauma, teach you how to reduce/manage your anxiety and/or depression, or help your family function better.
