I am excited that you are here and pursuing or continuing your journey with therapy. As a therapist, I passionately believe in creating space for people and their stories. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, childhood and relational trauma, identity issues, job stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have worked with with teenagers and adults, as well as first-generation immigrants, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ folks. I utilize various modalities in my work including psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness techniques. As a South Asian woman who is a first generation immigrant, I value exploring with clients how their identity and culture shapes their experience. I use a trauma informed lens and a holistic approach, focusing on the mind body connection and how our mental health and physical health are intertwined.
