I tailor my therapy in order to meet the needs of my patients incorporating Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Throughout my extensive career, I have personally incorporated effective listening skills which I personally have observed to be meaningful in developing a strong client-provider relationship.
