With over 17 years of experience working in the mental health field, I have a strong dedication to meeting individuals where they are and helping them create goals to increase their emotional health and day to day functioning. Most of my years of experience have been dedicated to adolescents and young adults. I truly believe that growth as individuals is critical during this time and I want to assist them in developing into their best self, whether it’s combating a history of trauma, anxiety, depression or other emotionally difficult times. Particularly during this stressful time, we all need support and I am dedicated to helping.
