I specialize in Asian American Pacific Islander mental health, specifically: anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, first generation, children of narcissistic/"tiger" parents, aging parents, grief, guilt/shame, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and academic/career counseling.
