I'm the founder of Condor Center Inc, a private practice providing services to adults who are are wanting to work through challenges and major life transitions. In therapy my holistic and alternative approach is sex positive. I work with new parents and mothers navigating the challenges of the perinatal period. My specialty is working with survivors of trauma, the LGBTQ+ population, the military and veteran community. I promote the importance of radical self-care and how this is what leads to emotional, mental, sexual and physical health.
