I am a trauma-trained clinician who uses a mix of modalities to identify barriers to living the life you want, process what you have stuck with, and make sure you have the skills you need to live a life with purpose. If you haven’t been to therapy or think it’s not for you, or you have a child who is protesting trying treatment, reach out to me; I tend to connect well with people who are treatment-resistant. I work with humans of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, non-suicidal self-injury, grief and bereavement, trauma & LGBTQIA+ folk.
