I work from a strength and client-based perspective. In addition to working from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approach, I use Trauma-Focused CBT, Advanced EMDR, other cognitive and brain-based approaches ("Neuropsychotherapy") to help individuals move past difficult traumas into a more fulfilling life. I support clients in their own spiritual beliefs and values in working with their relationship, wellness and adjustment issues. I value clients who are willing to be genuine and work towards their own goals in their personal journey and relationships.
