Welcome! I work with teens and adults to provide trauma-informed care which is a roots-up approach to healing from past emotional wounds. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other therapy modalities. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment where emotional challenges are addressed at their core. For clients who prefer, I can incorporate a faith-based Christian perspective into the therapeutic process, allowing for a personalized and spiritually aligned approach to healing.
