My career passion is helping children, adolescents, young adults, parents, co-parents and/or their families work through hard times, life changes, mental health or behavior struggles. I am here to help you learn how to communicate, develop coping skills, build self-esteem, understand how thoughts impact feelings and overall feel better. I understand how the environment impacts one's life and I seek to help you become self-empowered to reach personal goals. Together we can work towards you and/or your family feel more connected and content. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for you to learn how to communicate, process feelings and learn your strengths. I provide a variety of approaches to meet your unique needs. What you will receive from me is a light hearted and empathetic approach. I work with individuals (5+ and up), couples, co-parents and families.
