I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) passionate about supporting college students navigating the unique challenges of young adulthood, as well working with parents who are managing the complex emotions and demands that come with caring for medically complex children. In all my work, I am to provide a warm, empathetic space where you can feel truly heard, while also offering practical tools and direct guidance to help you move forward. Whatever brings you into our space, I’m here to navigate it alongside you. If you’re a college student feeling overwhelmed, we’ll explore strategies to manage anxiety, build resilience, and strengthen your sense of self during this important life stage. For parents of medically complex children, I offer support to help you process feelings of stress, grief isolation, while providing tools to cope and maintain your well-being.
