Therapy works. Whether you are sad, overwhelmed, isolated, unfulfilled, or anxious, individual therapy is effective. I provide a nurturing, safe space for adults in which to build trust, create an alliance, and open up emotionally. I believe in developing a strong attachment with each patient, and I am empathic in the process. Each person has a unique story to tell and my deep interest in people's lives sets the stage for working together.
