I know each person, couple or family that comes to see me has multi-faceted issues in their lives they have been trying to deal with on their own. It can be hard to reach out for help when you feel defeated and have run out of solutions to your own problems. But that is exactly what therapy is for and the right time to start! You are not weak if you have been struggling to cope with trauma, your mental health or change. You are not a failure if your goals haven't been reached or your relationships with others are not what you thought they would be. You just don't know what you need yet, and I would love to help you figure that out.
