In general, my work is to encourage you to identify what is true about you, assist you in knowing your worth and obtain your optimal emotional and mental health through authentic communication. My training is in trauma, EMDR, CBT, and ACT. I work with all ages and populations. With your permission, my trained therapy dog, Stanley, will be on site for emotional support.
