As many people have limited time to address their emotional well-being, my services are offered exclusively online. Due to a myriad of life circumstances, too many people also live with profound isolation. Do you find yourself thinking... “People don’t understand me,” “I don’t belong,” or “I’m not good enough.”? Do you feel closed off, excluded, or alone? Prior to seeking help many of my clients have ended up struggling at work, at home, in their relationships, or in all of the above. It is not uncommon for them to initially feel overwhelmed and uncertain about where to begin in order to address their difficulties.
