I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist based out of Southern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have experience working with adults in various settings from outpatient to incarcerated individuals. My approach when working with my clients is to provide a safe space where they can feel comfortable to speak their truth, navigate their traumas, identify patterns, and be on a journey of self-acceptance. I provide a space of healing and growth by utilizing mindfulness strategies, trauma-informed approaches, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and compassion in my practice.
