As a therapist, I work with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of issues, such as, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, gender & sexuality, life transitions, relational difficulties, and emotional regulation. I am especially interested in LGBTQIA+ issues, emerging adulthood, autism, women's issues, incorporating art/movement/creativity, parent training, helping families navigate special ed & fostering the mind-body connection.
