Not currently accepting new clients I help adults and teens achieve wellness so that they can lead a confident life without sacrificing their mental wellbeing. When we face new situations such as adjusting to a new relationship, losing someone we care about, making a career change, deciding to go to school, or moving, sometimes it feels overburdening. Feelings of anxiety and depression find their way in and we feel stuck. Beginning your journey in counseling can seem daunting but taking care of our minds is as important as taking care of our bodies.
