Sometimes it feels hard to feel centered in the world, in our relationships, or even within ourselves. Anxiety, worries, fogginess, and stress crowd out our own goals and we feel stuck between protecting ourselves and judging ourselves. As the pressure grows we feel disconnected from who we want to be and get stuck in who we think we need to be. As someone who has supported many clients navigate the feelings of being lost brought on by trauma, family issues, and low self-esteem, I know that healing can feel out of reach. I am here to say, it is not. We will work together to find that grounded, centered, and hopeful self.
