I specialize in working with developmental trauma, complex PTSD, attachment disorders, OCD, co-dependence, anxiety, and depression. Feeling trapped, experiencing obsessive worry, the voice of the inner critic, or that sense of doom, can leave us feeling fragmented, split off, and dysregulated on the inside. Restoring emotional regulation, healing negative thought patterns, and improving healthy boundaries are often a focus of treatment.
